The company was founded in 2003 by audio industry publishing veteran Steve R. Sattler in order to provide a United States Headquarters for the advertising sales offices for the
Sound On Sound USA Edition.
In September 2010, Creative Sales Resource Inc. was relaunched to provide a more expanded range of business services including sales, strategic marketing, and media relations to a more diversified customer base.
